How can i make a reservation?

All reservations are made by category and not by specific model. Milos Cars reserves the right in case of no availability to upgrade the customer.
With which way can i pay?
You are able to pay via the following methods:

  • Cash
  • Bank Transfer
  • Credit/Debit Card
What kind of insurance is included in the price?
The vehicles are insured with third party insurance for material damages (excl: 1: driver and passengers or 2: vehicle of Milos Cars )

The above stand under the condition, that there was no violation of the Traffic Regulation. No insurance covers damages on the tires, wheels, windshields, windows, damages on the under part and the inside of the vehicle and thief of personal belongings. If you need any extra insurance you can refer to the file: Terms and Conditions.
Can we add a second driver for the car?
Yes, the only requirements are that any additional driver must fulfill the terms and conditions of hire and that they must be declared before the hire period begins so as to be covered by the insurance.
Are there any baby seat(s) available and what is the price for those?
Child seats for children of all ages are available at the price of 4 euros per day (For the first 14 days,then for free).
Is international driving licence necessary?
For citizens coming from USA,Canada,Australia and China the international permit is obligatory and required.
For all other,non-EU citizens,the international permit is optional.
Is there a minimum age for the driver who rents the car?
The minimum age is 23.
Do you have automatic cars available?
Yes, our fleet includes cars with automatic transmission. All you have to do is to decide which car meets your needs.
Can I extend the rental period of the car i already have?
Yes, as long as we are informed as soon as possible, especially during high season.
Can i pick-up and drop-off the car in any place in Milos?
The delivery and collection of the car can be done in one of our offices in Adamas or at the Airport only.
Are there particular hours for the pick-up and drop-off of the car?
Our offices hours are: 8:00 and 22:00

Pick-up and drop-off of vehicles is possible between 07.00 and 23.30. (For after hour services between 7:00-8:00 and 22:00-23:30, extra fees are applied.

In case you need to pick-up or drop-off the car in out of office hours, you need to contact us first.
How do I get the car eventually?
If you are collecting the vehicle anywhere on the island apart from our offices, one of our employees will be waiting for you with a sign writing your name. On your part, you must have your driving license with you.
When I pick-up the car will there be fuel in it?
Yes. Your only obligation is to ensure that when you return the vehicle it has the same amount of fuel as upon collection. If the car is dropped off with less fuel the client will be charged with the difference .No refund will be given for returning the car with more fuel that it was picked up.
Does your company policy allow me to transport the hired car to another island?
No, it is not allowed to transport any type of rental car to another island except Milos.
What do I have to do in case of an accident?
In case of accident the renter should inform the company and the police and provide us with a copy of the police report. If the renter is responsible for the accident, the renter is extra charged with 30 Euros for Accident Management service.
What do i have to do in case of a mechanical problem?
In the unfortunate event of a breakdown you should call us immediately and an experienced mechanic will be with you.

Our company offers 24/7 roadside assistance.
If there is a delay in drop-off of the car what will happen?
If you need to extend the hire period then you should contact us so that we can check availability. If you do not give us early notice there will be extra charges apply. For delays of more than 5 hours will incur a charge equivalent to the daily hire rate.
Which places of Milos can i visit with each type of vehicle?
With 4x4 you can visit all parts of the island, while with normal cars you can not visit the western part of the island because it needs a vehicle with all-wheel drive.
What happens if I get a police ticket?
If you receive a ticket for any misconduct you have to pay the fee to the competent authority, or pay us and we take care of its payment.
How is the car supposed to be when i bring it back?
When you return the vehicle to the station it should be in excellent condition on the outside of (not scratches, dents etc.), and inside (no rips in seats, carpets and spill of fluids to destroy them).
Of course we consider the damage to the vehicle and not dust issues, mud, dirt. etc.
How can I ensure the state of the car when i pick it up?
Upon acceptance of the vehicle is checked by you and our partner with a special document along with photos about which damages or scratches were already in the vehicle.
What is the minimum rental period?
The minimum rental period is 24 hours.
